The Backstreet Boys have announced they will begin an 18-date Las Vegas residency in 2017.
The American boyband are set to follow in the footsteps of Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez and Mariah Carey, all of whom have successful shows on the Vegas strip.
‘Backstreet Boys: Larger Than Life’, named after their 1999 hit single, debuts at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in March next year.
Announcing the news on Twitter, the band posted a video telling fans they need to “be there”.

The band, made up of, Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, AJ McLean, Kevin Richardson, and Brian Littrell are excited about the show.
“We’re going to call the show Larger Than Life, and we’re taking that theme and we’re going to run with it.” Richardson said.
With Brian Littrell adding “if you’ve ever been to a Backstreet Boys show… it’s going to be that on steroids.”
Tickets for Backstreet Boys: Larger than life go on sale October 1st.
The Backstreet Boys have sold more than 130 million records worldwide and are known for hits Everybody (Backstreet’s Back), I Want It That Way, As Long As You Love Me and Shape Of My Heart.
