Niall Horan has been taking it easy during One Direction’s hiatus. The 22-year-old was spotted in the audience of the Australian Open Final on Sunday. Horan sported his signature specs, and a blue button up.
He looked on as Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic battled for the title in the Men’s Australian Open. Djokovic, a friend of Horan’s, ended up with the title—his sixth win. Horan took to Instagram to share the moment Djokovic secured his win.
After the tournament, the pair met up in the tunnels where Horan offered his congratulations. The two shared an embrace, and a few words.

The two met some time in 2013 and have been friends ever since. In the past, Horan joined Djokovic for a game of tennis.
A few months later, Djokovic met Horan in his territory and attended a show on the Where We Are tour.

Our favorite Irish fellow seems to be enjoying his break as he maintains his sport spectating hobby.
