Back in 2015 the nation fell in love with Ghanaian duo Reggie ‘N’ Bollie during their time on the ITV talent contest X Factor where they were mentored into second place by then judge Cheryl. Their enthusiasm and infectious sweet personalities endeared them to viewers of all ages and it came as little surprise when they stormed to the final.
Their feel-good vibes helped them secure a strong and loyal fanbase outside of the show and since being named as runner up’s they have released a string of hit singles and have recently launched their very own record label named F.R.O.D Music.
Their success hasn’t been limited to the music industry tho, the best friends who are originally from Ghana, have become household names in their native country and have used their new found fame for nothing but good.
And it has now been revealed that Reggie ‘N’ Bollie have been named as Official Tourism Ambassadors for Ghana in the UK and Europe. The lovable pair were given the prestigious honour at The GUBA Awards and was announced by the Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture.
Reggie ‘N’ Bollie shared their delight and pride at their honour on Twitter, and accompanied their tweet with a video of themselves on stage at the award ceremony;
