The X Factor Reveals New Logo for This Year’s Series

The X Factor is back again this year for what will be its 13th series.

On April 27th, we saw a refresh on the show’s social media pages, giving us an insight to what the theme and styling of the new series will be.  There is a noticeable change from last years Yellow and Golden design.X Factor UK Open Auditions 3The new logo is VERY Red and sparkling with all things Showbiz. It also seems to be very similar to the look of the shows’ earlier years.  Could this be because of the rumors we’ve seen that this season will be more reminiscent of the early years?

With rumors over a possible reunion of; Simon, Louis, and Sharon, it seems this is the perfect opportunity to spark promotion.

The photo was uploaded today via Facebook, Twitter & Instagram where they also released a call for hopefuls to audition.  Auditions began late last year, and according to the producers, tens of thousands have auditioned so far, but there’s always room for talent to come in and blow everyone away!

A tour around the country is also underway and this Sunday it prepares to land in London for its open auditions.

Anybody over 16 can audition from 9am-6pm at the ExCel Centre.  If you can’t make it to the center, you can audition through video here; https://application.xfactor.tv/

Despite plenty of changes, which have led to a dramatic drop in ratings, it seems this year they’re going for the feel of the competitions good ol’ days – and we couldn’t be happier.  While change is always good, sometimes, embracing the basics is where you find the most success.
