Young actress, Angourie Rice, has joined the cast of Spiderman: Homecoming amongst others, THR has confirmed.
The Australian actress was last seen in The Nice Guys where she played Ryan Gosling’s daughter opposite Russell Crowe which was a hit with the audience.
She joins Tom Holland who is starring as the web-slinging hero Spiderman/Peter Parker in a new storyline that will see Holland take his character back to his high school roots. He was introduced to his first big screen performance in Captain America: Civil War which fans loved.
Director, Jon Watts, has already got the ball rolling with this film with a stellar cast which includes Robert Downey Jr, Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Logan Marshall-Green, Marisa Tomei and Tony Revolori.
Details about Rice’s character haven’t been publicised and probably won’t be as most of the other actors’ roles have not been showcased either. But we do know that they are currently shooting in Atlanta.
