Blithe continues her rapid pop rise with ‘Masochistic’

Writing simple, catchy pop tracks is a feat that not many can master. However, singer/songwriter Blithe is an upcoming name who can’t seem to place a foot wrong.

Debuting ‘Masochistic’ today, she follows up previous pop gold flicks ‘Don’t Blick’, ‘Bad Habit’ and ‘Work It Out’, which all have a way of rolling off the singer’s tongue and into your head forever. ‘Masochistic’ is another track you’ll be singing for days as Blithe winks, “sleep better with a broken heart, get fu**ed up, so what it’s a little masochistic”.

Flying into Spotify’s New Music Friday at number five, ahead of the likes of Post Malone, Jason Derulo and ROSALÍA, there’s a lot of people jumping on the Blithe train. With The Line of Best Fit, Spindle Magazine, BBC Introducing and BBC Radio 1 all queuing up to chat to Blithe and spin her tracks, she’s a breakthrough star who has, to a great extent, already broken through.

2019 has already seen landmark headline shows, a spot at The Great Escape festival and supporting slots with big names such as Ruel at The Garage, Blithe is moving in all the right directions. Now, with ‘Masochistic’ out in the world, it’s time for her to rise up the pop rankings even more.
