Craig David confirms possible Cheryl collab

After Craig David’s successful return to music, there have been a lot of rumours that the ‘When The Bassline Drops’ singer could team up with X Factor judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini on a record.

And the RnB hitmaker has confirmed the exciting news, saying he would love to work with the Geordie star.

While speaking to, Marvin Humes, on the Capital FM radio show, yesterday, Craig said that he would love to record with the ‘I Don’t Care’ hitmaker.

David also confirmed the news of a possible single with Cheryl, on Twitter, when he tweeted: “Would be a pleasure”, in a reply to Capital FM’s tweet about the possibility of collab between the pair.

Cheryl and Craig are rumoured to have got talking about the possibility of making music together, after the 2015 X Factor final, where Craig  was one of Reggie N Bollie’s guest performers.

Reggie N Bollie were mentored by Cheryl, on the show.

And with the news that Cheryl is back in the studio and recording her fifth solo studio album, it seems very likely that we could soon have a, Cheryl Feat Craig David single.
