DNCE pronounced D-N-C-E are an American rock/pop band fronted by the former Jonas Brothers’ singer, Joe Jonas.

The four piece mixed sex group is made up of, Joe, bassist/keyboardist Cole Whittle, Guitarist JinJoo and drummer Jack Lawless.

Their debut single ‘Cake By The Ocean’ has been climbing the charts in the U.S and recently got certified platinum.

And although the fun band are still virtually unknowns over here in the UK, all that could be about to change as they are currently the MTV PUSH act for March.

Being the PUSH act means that they will have constant exposure across the MTV websites and channel’s for the next four weeks.

We here at Celeb Mix are very happy about that, and if you haven’t heard of DNCE or want to get to know more about them you can visit the MTV website.

Since becoming the PUSH act for March the group have revealed that they hope to become the biggest band in the universe, with Cole saying: “The short term and long term plan for the band is to be the biggest band in the universe.”

You can watch the official video for ‘Cake By The Ocean’ below:

DNCE also recently released a video for their cover of Rihanna’s hit single ‘Work’.

You can download DNCE’s first EP ‘Swaay’ from I-Tunes now.
