Drake cancelled his concert in Toronto to surprise 11-year-old Sofia Sanchez, who is waiting on a new heart at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. When Drake realized that Sofia couldn’t make it to the concert, he decided to bring the concert to her. He also took a few pictures with her, which you can see below.
Sofia looks so happy and Drake will definitely be remembered for this wonderful gesture.

Drake noticed her after his fans began tweeting him Sofia’s “In My Feelings” dance video, which she filmed at the hospital.

Sofia has been at the hospital because of her diagnosis with cardiomyopathy, a condition that often leads to heart failure. Luckily, on the 26th of August, Sofia’s family uploaded a very special announcement on social media. See what they had to say below.

Drake not only made Sanchez’s birthday wish come true, but he also took her mind off her heart condition for a while.
