Lady Gaga will reportedly release her new single next week, and we’re goddamn excited.
Perfect Illusion will serve as a September 9 release, if rumours from fansite Gagadaily are to be believed.
The new single, which has been produced by Mark Ronson, Bloodpop and Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker, was teased last month, and fans have been waiting for an official release date ever since.
Sneaky fans soon realised that visiting ladygaga.com/perfectillusion2 would result in an updated version of her website with the release date in full display. There’s no denying this one, Gaga!
Little Monsters were also quick to point out that the website was using Born This Way as an audio placeholder, perhaps suggesting that the updated website will feature a snippet of the single at some point in the coming days.
