Made in the AM – First Listen with SiriusXM Hits 1

SiriusXM Hits 1 treated Directioners on the evening of November 12th.

Four hours before the official release of Made in the AM, the radio station played each song from the new album. We live-tweeted the event, and it was a whole lot of fun.

A full album review, plus a separate review alongside fans, will be out soon. If you’d like to be included in this fan review, give us your thoughts on each song here. For now, here are our favorite tweets from our little live-tweeting.

We started with “Hey Angel”, the first track off the album. Harry compares it to “Clouds” from the last album.

We loved how upbeat that one way. Then we moved to Drag Me Down, , which as you know, has been out for a while.

Still, we asked about reactions when it first came out.

We then moved onto “Perfect”, another song we all already know.

Then we went to “Infinity”, another song all of us know already.

Then we moved to “End of the Day”, once again, a song we’ve heard before. While it just come out on the 9th, majority of us have at least some of it memorized by now. A certain part is praised more than the others…

Overall, a jam. After that excellence, we finally moved onto a song most Directioners haven’t heard – “If I Could Fly”.

Or, you could say… “this flipping band didn’t give me a chonce”…

Obviously, this song holds some emotional things. After crying just a little bit, we move onto “Long Way Down”.

Then we go to “Never Enough”, which is… interesting. You have to hear it to know why.

Moving on, we get to “Olivia”. Liam leaked this before he should’ve, and when it did, it became #3 on the Billboard Trending 140. Keep in mind… he only tweeted six seconds of the entire song.

“What a Feeling” played next, and since it’s a song you dance to… We were distracted, and didn’t tweet much. Too busy dancing.

Next, we ran into another familiar song… “Love You Goodbye”. Once again, cue the emotions.

After that, we moved into the last song not released early – “I Want to Write You a Song”.

Then, we moved onto the last song, as ones on the deluxe version were not included. “History”, aka the song about us and the band, and the memories we’ve made together.

Thank you to all the Directioners who tweeted with us! It was a very fun experience. Tell us your thoughts, either by leaving a comment, or tweeting us at @CelebMix.
