With anticipation building around the arrival of ‘BULLDOZER!!’, British pop trailblazer MNEK has offered up another glimpse of the album with ‘MUSCLE MARYS..’ – a softer, more introspective turn from the forthcoming record.
Arriving just days after the internationally revered hitmaker unveiled the album’s artwork and track–list, and following his recent appearance alongside Zara Larsson at London’s All Points East, ‘MUSCLE MARYS..’ finds the superstar producer and songwriter leaning into classic UK garage textures and breezy pop production. Beneath its easygoing surface, however, lies a deeply personal exploration of body image, masculinity and the pressures that can be difficult to put into words.
“‘MUSCLE MARYS..’ is a song I wrote about body image and what I feel a lot of men of a certain size deal with but don’t always know how to articulate,” MNEK says via press release. “This song is me figuring it out and it shows a more vulnerable side to the BULLDOZER!! world. It’s one of my favourite songs I’ve ever put out, I hope people enjoy it too.”
Following the high-octane visuals accompanying ‘REVERSE!!’ and ‘OH NO!! ALL THE BOYS!!’, ‘MUSCLE MARYS..’ arrives with an official video of its own, directed by Berlin/London-based filmmaker Ben Galster. The visual adds another dimension to the song’s themes, expanding the increasingly vivid world MNEK is building around BULLDOZER!!.

To celebrate the release of ‘BULLDOZER!!’ on September 18th 2026, MNEK will embark on his first headline tour in SEVEN years!
The 15-date UK and European run will kick off at Bristol’s Thekla on Saturday, November 7th before travelling through the UK and Europe, including a stop at London’s KOKO on Friday, November 13th.
