Just when we thought July 31 couldn’t get any better, One Direction has proven all of us wrong.
Less than 24 hours after surprising the world with their first single as a four-piece, the boys hit the Lucas Oil Stadium stage for their Indianapolis stop on the US Honda Civic Tour of On The Road Again. Rumors that they would be adding “Drag Me Down” to the setlist flew around social media, but no one could actually believe it when–guess what–the boys added “Drag Me Down” to the setlist.
In true obsessive (I prefer “highly dedicated”) fashion, videos are flying around social media and Harry, Liam, Niall, and Louis still haven’t finished the show yet. Most videos were either 15-second Instagram videos or 6-second Vines, which aren’t nearly enough to take in Harry’s epic high notes and Louis’s “Nobody, nobody” chimes. Thankfully, one concertgoer posted a full length video from her spot on the floor, which you can watch here.
Now, the rest of us at home will play all of these videos on repeat until a fan rises as the hero with an amazing camera and a steady arm despite the commotion and stress of hearing “Drag Me Down” live for the first time.

One Direction is proving that they are here to stay. There’s no boy band curse on this boy band’s career lifespan. They’ve proven that with how much they’ve overcome in just the last four months since Zayn Malik’s departure.
Oh, and to make things even better? Liam told the Indianapolis crowd that the fifth album is completely finished. In fact, they finished it last night.
He then requested, “Please don’t leak it,” since, you know, that tends to happen with this lot.
