Ruth Lorenzo Releases Promotional Single “Bring Back The New” From Forthcoming Second Studio Album “Loveaholic”

We’ve had another promotional single drop from Ruth Lorenzo, and we can’t get over it! She seems to be dropping one every week and we are loving this. This one is titled “Bring Back The New” and is the opening song from her upcoming second studio album “Loveaholic”.

That’s right, this song is the very first track on her brand new album. What a way to start this LP, showcasing her voice, her control, and her passion. The song was written by Ruth Lorenzo, Jose Manuel Pinto, George Tizzard, and Rick Parkhouse.

Ruth Lorenzo has been fighting for her career for many years, she came fifth on the fifth series of The X Factor in the UK; she then represented Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 with the song “Dancing In The Rain” coming tenth; next, she was a contestant on the fourth season of Tu Cara Me Suena, where she won; now, she’s ready to release her second studio album. This new promo single, “Bring Back The New”, follows previously released “Good Girls Don’t Lie“, “My Last Song“, and “Loveaholic“.

Listen To Ruth Lorenzo’s “Bring Back The New” Promo Single Here:

The song opens with Ruth Lorenzo singing slowly, yet cutting in deeply with the lyrics: “You can’t hide from the devil, I’m tired of the hypocrites preaching, I should be living my life”. All we can say is, YES! Sing it, Ruth! We love how the chorus is beyond simple and could easily be boring if anyone else was singing it, yet this incredible singer-songwriter gives it her all in every way and manages to make it addicting.

This song is one we can’t stop playing. “Bring Back The New” is available to download and stream right now through Raspberry Records. If there’s one Ruth Lorenzo promotional single you need to listen to, it’s this one! We can only hope it is chosen as the next single, as we can totally imagine a flamed-up music video.
