In a moving tweet related to the release of the video, The Script said:
‘For us this is more than just a music video. We’d like to share the positive change @ASenseofHomeOrg have brought into people’s lives and support them with the message of our song.
This charity is small, but with a solution that we hope will reach across the world.’

In collaboration with the charity ‘A Sense of Home,’ the trio encouraged fans to share this video ‘proud with arms open.’ The named charity helps youths who unfortunately ‘age out of the foster care system having never been adopted.’ The message behind this video is thus extremely powerful.
At the beginning of the video, several individuals from the charity explain their heartbreaking stories. As the video progresses, facts related to the charity appear on the screen, which highlight the important work of the charity.
Nearing the end of the video, it portrays the charity giving a home to these individuals, and it is one of the most moving and emotional sections of the video, with one individual describing her home as ‘a blessing.’
