Life’s about to get good if you’re a fan of Shania Twain, after the singer has finally unveiled her long awaited comeback single.
Premiered this morning on The Chris Evans Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2, the lead is is a scorcher of a track and radiates resilience and hope in it’s lyrics such as ‘Life’s about joy, Life’s about pain, It’s all about forgiving and the will to walk away.’ The single somewhat references her turbulent divorce to producer Robert ‘Mutt’ Lange and Shania has come out fighting and channeled her emotions into her music in the hope of uplifting and inspiring.
“Change is inevitable, and I think this song explains that very well, and I want to inspire people.” she said of the single describing it as a ‘pick me up.’
The single precedes her upcoming album ‘NOW’ due for release on September 29 and her first release in 15 years and has collaborated with producers such as Jake Gosling, Ron Aniello and Matthew Koma who produced the lead single. You can preorder the release here.
You can keep your eyes out for Shania Twain as she works her way around the country for promotional duties. The Grammy Award winning performer will be performing on the Today Show tomorrow (Friday June 16) as part of their concert series, and has also just announced she’ll be heading to the UK shores in September to perform at Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park.
