SINGLE REVIEW: Max George’s Debut Solo Single ‘Barcelona’

Max George is famous for being a part of the chart topping boyband The Wanted. But now four years after the bands break-up., Max is back with his debut solo single and a brand new sound.

His first release is the infectious ‘Barcelona’ which is a massive pop/EDM infused number that is a guaranteed summer smash-hit. Clubs across the globe will be blasting this summery track in the coming months and it has real potential to become a massive chart success.

It’s a fun, feel-good song that doesn’t even make you think of The Wanted. This is Max George and he is ready to takeover the world on his own. He has proved that he doesn’t need the backing of a band to succeed.

‘Barcelona’ showcases George’s vocal prowess and his falsetto is flawless, while the EDM beat, pop lyrics and awesome melody will take over the airwaves shortly. It’s a fantastic debut and it really puts Max George on the map as a solo superstar.

His vocal tone is similar to the likes of Liam Payne, and Nick Jonas and the direction of his solo sound just fits perfectly with his voice and all round style.
