SINGLE REVIEW: Nick Jonas ‘Chainsaw’

US superstar Nick Jonas has released the third track from his upcoming album ‘Last Year Was Complicated’.

The new single ‘Chainsaw’ follows the massive hit ‘Close’ (Ft Tove Lo) and the brilliant ‘Champagne Problems’.

The latest release is Nick Jonas’ most personal work to date and gives fans an insight into how he was feeling after his break-up from Olivia Culpo.

After listening to the first two tracks to be lifted from ‘Last Year Was Complicated’ I though that ‘Champagne Problems’ was Jonas’ best release ever, but after hearing ‘Chainsaw’ I believe this really represents the kind of artist that he is.

The song is beautifully written and really showcases the former Disney stars stunning vocal ability, and also shows another side to the upcoming LP which promises to be one of the best releases of the year.

‘Chainsaw’ takes the listener on a heartbreaking journey with Nick as he comes to terms with the break-up of his relationship.

It is another wonderful song from Jonas and yet another step to becoming one of the most successful artists in the world.

RATING 5/5.

‘Chainsaw’ is available to download now when you pre-order ‘Last Year Was Complicated’.
