    Take That to release ‘Odyssey: Greatest Hits Live’ as concert film

    Take That have announced that they will be releasing their Odyssey: Greatest Hits Live concert film on November 15.

    Filmed at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium during the final night of the UK leg of their greatest hits tour, the concert film is a perfect keepsake for fans of a sensational tour which celebrated Take That’s 30 years in the music industry.

    Odyssey: Greatest Hits Live will be released on a limited edition 4-disc collector’s 48-page photobook, featuring a DVD and blu-ray of the concert film, and a double CD with the full soundtrack. The DVD 2-disc version comes in a hardback book with a 16-page booklet and includes the concert film on DVD plus a live highlights CD. The blu-ray also features the concert film, and all physical visual formats include bonus features of Take That Fan Questions and an exclusive performance of ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ with Gerry Marsden.

    In addition to the concert film news, a live version of ‘Relight My Fire’ featuring Lulu is now available on all streaming and download sites.

    Take That’s Greatest Hits Live Tour sold over 600,000 tickets in the UK, with Gary, Mark and Howard playing 29 arenas and nine stadiums across 15 cities. The tour was a huge celebration of the band’s 30th annivesary, with the trio delivering a jam packed two hour show featuring reimagined versions of some of their greatest hits, spectacular imagery, costumes and choreography, without forgetting the sensational rotating 30-tonne sphere which took place centre stage.

    The Cardiff date was also broadcast live into 630 cinemas across the UK and Ireland, breaking the record for the highest grossing live music cinema broadcast in the UK. The concert was additionally screened in a total of 31 countries.
