Tall Heights Take Listeners to “The Mountain”

New England based duo Tall Heights are known for their breathtakingly beautiful harmonies, unique melodies, and indie folk meets rock soundscapes. Composed of Paul Wright and Tim Harrington, the band is well known for their 2016 hit “Spirit Cold” as well as their relentless touring and dynamic live shows.

This year, Tall Heights decided to grace their fans with a stunning single all about love, loss and the healing powers of nature.  Entitled “The Mountain,” the track was influenced by a photo sent to them by a dear friend when his grandfather passed on to the other side.  His loving grandfather spent his final days looking out the window at the momentous mountains in the distance.  These very mountains reminded him of his beloved wife who loved them so much and he knew soon he would be at peace and with her in another place. Featuring angelic vocals and lush folk arrangements that are complete with atmospheric acoustic guitars, “The Mountain” is a lullaby of grace and gratitude.

To accompany the release, the band has set out on a unique outdoor summer tour.  These shows are in backyards for an intimate musical experience unlike any other.

Take a listen to “The Mountain” now and remember to share special moments with your own loved ones.
