The Tide start music career with a bang!

The brand new band known as The Tide are a guitar band from America signed to new vamps/EMI/Universal label. The band is made up of lead singer, Austin Corini (19) from California, bassist, Levi Jones (17) from Pennsylvania, guitarist, Drew Dirksen (17) from Ohio, and drummer, Nate Parker (17) from Ohio. They were discovered by British band, The Vamps earlier this year and have gone on to support them on their tour in the UK and Europe. They are currently on tour with the vamps in America and will continue the tour in Canada in august. Since being signed The Tide have uploaded covers onto YouTube of various songs including, stitches by Shawn Mendes, she’s kinda hot by 5 Seconds Of Summer and have even uploaded an acoustic version of their original song Falling In Love Tonight which has been a huge hit with the fans! Over this time the boys have accumulated over 36 thousand subscribers and their videos have had a total of nearly 1 million views!

While they were on tour in the UK The Tide had a few signings on various dates of the tour, and the number of fans that came out to see the boys in person was outstanding. On tour with The Vamps the boys perform a few songs that include covers and original songs. When on stage they put on an amazing show with lots of energy and they love to talk to the crowd and get a bit of crowd participation, which I think is amazing! Lead singer Austin has even got up close and personal with fans at many shows by going down to the front row and singing to fans. These boys have even got the opportunity to hang out with members from bands like all time low and we the kings. These boys are ones to keep an eye out for. I wish them the best of luck in their music career and cannot wait for them to bring out their debut album which they have already spent a lot of time on in the studio in the UK and America.

If you want more from these guys don’t forget to check them out on twitter @thetide , you will love them!
