This past week saw the posthumous album from legendary rock ‘n’ roll star Roy Orbison ‘A Love So Beautiful‘ featuring stunning new arrangements from The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra finally being released. The orchestra will also be touring the country next year as part of the Roy Orbison In Dreams: The Hologram Tour.
And featured on the LP is an utterly stunning new version of the massive hit single ‘I Drove All Night’ which features vocals from record breaking UK country music duo Ward Thomas.
The girls were personally asked by the late, great Roy Orbison’s family if they would duet on the song and the result is spine tinglingly beautiful.

And now, 23-year-old twin sisters Catherine and Lizzy have shared a snippet of themselves singing ‘I Drove All Night’ A Capella via their official Instagram account. The stunning clip was shot at the Roy Orbison building in Nashville several weeks ago.
Ward Thomas sound absolutely incredible in the clip and their vocal harmonies are just outstanding. You can watch to the video here;
