Sasha Tandon is a sassy singer-songwriter from Belfast. After building up an incredible presence on social media and YouTube with her covers, she is currently working hard towards releasing an EP of original material in early 2017.
In order to give her fanbase, known as Tigers “because they are fierce and loyal”, a taste of what’s to come, Sasha is unveiling a fantastic new original song called ‘Gotta Go’. And guess what? We’ve got the exclusive premiere of its lyric video!
‘Gotta Go’ is a fierce urban pop track, with a striking minimal bass production courtesy of DBF Productions. The lyrics are sassy, but also super relatable. Why settle for someone who’s just lukewarm, when they should be setting your heart on fire? Sasha’s stripped back vocals also show off her talent for writing catchy, playful tracks.

‘Gotta Go’ shows how much Sasha has grown as an artist already. It’s a writing and production step up from her debut ‘Love On Me’, which garnered support from BBC Introducing, SBTV, BBC Ulster, and The Belfast Telegraph.
Having caught the performing bug from a young age, after watching Destiny’s Child in concert at eight years old, Sasha has continued to hone her craft through the years. Since moving to London, she has been able to fully immerse herself in the pop culture and has signed a publishing deal. She has also been fortunate enough to meet and work alongside Jo Perry (Stooshe), Georgie Dennis (Cheryl) and DaBeatFreakz (Usher, Jason Derulo).
2017 looks set to be a promising year for Sasha Tandon, and we can’t wait to follow her journey as she continues to make waves in the music industry.
