This week marks CelebMix’s fifth birthday so we’ve decided to celebrate by dedicating articles to some of our favourite celebrities – this one is all about Camila Cabello and her live performances.
Camila is a true show-woman and always puts her all into every performance. Whether it involves full on choreo or focuses on the emotional aspect of the song, each performance she puts on is completed by incredible staging which makes her mesmerising to watch as an artist.
We’ve chosen five of our favourite Camila Cabello performances to share with you.
‘My Oh My’ on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
We’re completely obsessed with this performance of ‘My Oh My’ at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. From the neon-green infused outfits to the choreography, Camila’s vocals to Da Baby’s appearance, the whole thing is a sassy serve from start to finish.
‘Havana’ at the 61st GRAMMYs
Bringing Cuban vibes to the GRAMMYs stage, this performance of ‘Havana’ is absolutely sensational. We adore the staging, with Camila working her way around the multi-coloured rooms before being joined by Ricky Martin, Young Thug, Arturo Sandoval and J Balvin for the lively performance.
‘Cry For Me’ on SNL
Camila delivered a truly theatrical performance of ‘Cry For Me’ on SNL. Dressed in a Marie Antoinette inspired costume, Camila is joined by a stage full of dancers as she puts on a lavish show. It’s a truly regal offering from the pop princess and we love it!
‘Señorita’ at the MTV Video Music Awards
Camila Cabello and her boyfriend Shawn Mendes delivered a sizzling performance of their number one hit collaboration ‘Señorita’. Bringing intimacy to the dimly lit stage, the pair showcased so much chemistry and had a ‘will they, won’t they moment’ which had everyone on the edge of their seats.
‘First Man’ at the 62nd GRAMMYS
After her dazzling performance of ‘Havana’ at the 61st GRAMMYs, Camila returned the next year and blew us and everyone else away with a stunning performance of ‘First Man’. Dressed in a pretty pink ensemble, Camila performed alongside a video projection paying tribute to her dad. Near the end of the performance, she made her way down to the audience to personally sing to her father – we’re not crying, you are!
