    5 Ways To Get A Celebrity Body For The Summer

    With the winter weather on its way out and our favourite celebrities beginning to share some pretty amazing bikini shots on Instagram, the time has come to start thinking about the summer and working hard to bring your body back to its former glory.

    Whether you’ve let yourself go over the winter months or you’re ready to make a change and become healthier and fitter, there are lots of things you can do whilst keeping that celebrity dream bod in mind.

    Sign up for the gym

    It’s a place you said you’d never go but you’re finally there. If you’re looking to get into shape this summer, then sign up for the gym and attend regular sessions.

    Most gyms also bundle in classes as part of a monthly subscription, so give it a go and see how you get on. Sure, you might not like it at first, but once you start to work out you’ll soon begin to feel the benefits.

    Get a personal trainer

    Okay, we get that not everyone is going to be able to afford or find time for a personal trainer seven days a week, but working with Connecticut-based personal trainers once per week, for example, will allow you to get a better understanding of your body and build a fitness regime that works around your lifestyle.

    You can meet once per week in the local park or your gym, and they’ll not only inspire you to push yourself further, but they’ll offer advice on what to eat, where you should be training, and what you need to do to get a toned body for the summer.

    Set challenges

    If you know you want to lose weight or tone up but you’ve got no motivation, consider setting a challenge with a friend.

    You can each decide where you want to be in three months time, and work together to get there. Sure, you’re going to have time off and fall off the wagon from time to time, but if you’re committed and want to win a challenge, there’s nothing better a bit of healthy competition.

    Be realistic and don’t overdo it – slow and steady wins the race.

    Get an Apple Watch

    If you’ve yet to join the smartwatch craze, then now is the time to do so. Everyone from JB to Little Mix has an Apple Watch that can help them monitor their steps, exercise and heart rate, and it’s a great way to stay in shape without having to work too hard.

    Gentle messages and reminders to stand and exercise will ensure you don’t get distracted from your mission.

    Go on a boot camp

    Finally, consider pushing yourself by attending a boot camp.

    Whether you join a class in your local park or you jet off halfway around the world for a two-week retreat that’s filled with good food and regular exercise, it can be good to reset your buttons and relax and unwind.

    What’s more, you’ll be able to take some awesome beach selfies to post on Insta with your new bod!
