    A Chicken Run Sequel is on its Way

    Co-directed by Oscar-winning Wallace & Gromit creator Nick Park and Peter Lord, Chicken Run became a worldwide hit making $225 million back in 2000. It told the story of a group of chickens attempting to escape death at the hands of their farm owner. Mel Gibson and Timothy Spall were among the cast, voicing the hilarious characters.

    A sequel has been discussed for a long time with an online petition supporting the idea after being launched last year.
