Following the announcement that Michael Bublé has cancelled his appearance at the annual event due to his son’s illness, two more acts have been added to the line-up and if you have tickets to the show then you are in for a real treat!

Singers Robbie Williams and Craig David have stepped in to complete the line-up at the BBC Music Awards 2016. Insert excited screams here. They are joining a list of incredible acts who are all set to take the stage at London’s ExCeL Exhibition and Convention Centre next month.

The other confirmed performers are Emeli Sandé, the Kaiser Chiefs, Lukas Graham, The 1975, and Zara Larsson.

The BBC Music Awards show is an annual event which is run by BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 2. It is known for boasting huge performances from some of the biggest names in music as well as some new and upcoming artists who are sure to be big hits. In between the dazzling performances are the awards which convey the whole purpose of the show. The award categories include British Artist of the Year, International Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, and Live Performance of the Year and the lesser known acts are given a nod too with a special award for the BBC Introducing winner.

The event is expected to take place on 12th December and you can purchase tickets for it here.

If you can’t get tickets to the event or if you just want to make sure that you know all of the words to the songs which will be performed on the day, then you can check out this Spotify playlist which has been put together by the BBC Music team.
