The last time we spoke to the Glambert Angels, this magnificent group of Adam Lambert fans were helping the Trans Youth Equality Foundation (TYEF) by spreading awareness about their summer and fall youth camps where kids 7 to 17 years of age can have fun, all while building the confidence that they need.
Within a month, Adam Lambert’s fans funded four full camp scholarships in honor of the Trans Youth Summer Camp Scholarship Fund for TYEF’s youth to go to their camp! Donations from the general public were down significantly this year, and TYEF were very grateful for the support from the Glamberts.
“The Trans Youth Equality Foundation is moved and excited by the efforts of the Glamberts to support transgender children. At TYEF we have summer and fall camps for transgender children. Most TYEF kids refer to these camps as life- saving, a place to finally meet other Trans kids, and to actually feel truly welcome at a camp,” said TYEF’s director, Susan Maasch.
She continued saying, “The Glamberts have sent four kids to camp this summer! This is a generous and remarkable contribution which has made four wonderful kids very excited! Thank you so much Glamberts!”
Adam’s fans even donated items for a cross shoulder hiking knapsack that TYEF will award to one lucky camper as a prize. You may still support TYEF’s critical work by donating to TYEF’s camp sustainability fund: www.transyouthequality.org/donate
Adam Lambert fans from around the world also sent greetings and well wishes for an “Adam Lambert Fans Welcome TYEF’s Youth to Summer Camp” video. This wonderful video will be shown to TYEF’s youth upon their arrival at camp on June 30, 2017.

We are grateful and so moved by all you have done for TYEF and our children.”
As always, the Glambert Angels’ mission is to do more than fundraise for the organizations we collaborate with. Their support includes raising awareness for the LGBTQ community and encouraging LGBTQ allies to actively support the community.

The Glambert Angels plan to support 3 to 4 projects annually and have other organizations signed up for upcoming projects. Please note that their projects will not coincide with Adam’s own Official charitable projects.
