Indie-pop trio AJR has announced a new album entitled The Click, as well as a new tour! The album which can be found on June 9th is a follow up to their past EP What Everyone’s Thinking.
The Click will include the songs off of that EP, plus eight new tracks, including the group’s hit single “Weak.” “The single has already gained over 140 million streams on Spotify alone and has reached the Top 15 spot on the iTunes Pop Chart.
Even with a hit song, the group still makes time for other thing that they care about. Just last week, AJR teamed up with It’s On Us (an organization that makes a personal commitment to help keep women and men safe from sexual assault) to release a new charity single. All proceeds from the track “It’s On Us” go to sexual assault prevention education initiatives on campuses and in communities nationwide. You can purchase “It’s On Us” HERE.
After going on the What Everyone’s Thinking Tour on the east coast, the group is now embarking on the What Everyone’s Thinking Tour Part II Tour, this time heading to the west coast! You can purchase your tickets Friday, April 7th at 10am local time. For more ticket information, you can go to ajrbrothers.com.
