YouTuber Alfie Deyes has been having an incredible week! His new book, “The Scrapbook of My Life” was released March 24th, and he reached 5 million subscribers on his YouTube channel, “Pointless Blog.”

    “The Scrapbook of My Life”

“The Scrapbook of My Life” is Alfie Deyes’s third book: his first book “The Pointless Book” topped multiple best-seller lists and was one of the most popular books in 2014, and his second book, “The Pointless Book 2” also charted very well. In his vlog “THE BIG DAY!!!” Deyes unveils the first copy of the book. True to its title, “The Scrapbook of My Life” is scrapbook-style, full of “loads of little stories” that include times from his childhood and his rise to fame, from ugly baby pictures to meeting Zoe Sugg (also known as Zoella on YouTube).

But what makes this book unique is that the reader has the opportunity to fill out pages of it themselves, recording their own life stories with fun activities and opportunities. Deyes says that “if you were to fill it out…you yourself can look back on your own…past” at a later point in your life. So, not only can you have a book about a fantastic YouTuber, but you can also get to reminisce on your own! You can purchase the book here.

If a brand new book was not exciting enough. Alfie Deyes’s main YouTube channel “Pointless Blog” reached 5 million subscribers on the same day! His YouTube channel was started in 2009, and currently has over 365 million views. His YouTube videos are an eclectic collection of fun challenges and games, and other funny activities. They often feature other popular YouTubers, including Zoe Sugg, Marcus Butler, and Caspar Lee. Congratulations, Alfie!
