Amelia Moore Teams Up with jxdn On Arresting New Single “FUMD”

Rising pop/punk recording artist Amelia Moore tries with all her might to shake off the memory of an ex with the release of her latest single “FUMD” – a powerful, and cathartic break-up anthem dedicated to heartbroken singletons everywhere, featuring American singer/songwriter jxdn.

Out now via Capitol Records, and produced by the singers longtime collaborator Pink Slip (Louis The Child, 88rising), the audaciously arresting track finds Moore in a continuous state of emotional distress, as she battles with her inner subconscious night after after night, as a result of experiencing an onslaught of recurring dreams of a former lover.

Directed and edited by multidisciplinary artist Xkylar, the singles accompanying music video sees both Amelia and jxdn unleash their angst ridden verses with “punk rock fervor” over the course of a sleepless, broken night that leads them to the beach in search of some much needed respite.

Watch the duo’s story unfold in the dramatic clip below:

Amelia, who has been lauded as an Apple Music UP NEXT artist, a Vevo DSCVR artist and a SiriusXM Hits 1 to Watch artist – will be supporting Lolo Zouaï on the North American leg of her spring tour. The run of shows kicks off April 11th in San Francisco at Bimbos 365, and includes stops at NYC’s Irving Plaza (April 27th) and the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles (May 13th).

Following the completion of the tour, Moore will release “teaching a robot to love  …in other ways” – a limited signed and numbered vinyl release that includes the songs from the deluxe edition of Moore’s debut EP plus a live EP.

Scheduled to drop Friday, May 19th 2023, the project is available for pre-order here.
