Artist 101: bülow

Your go-to guide for everything you need to know about bülow!

What is her most popular song?

Her most popular song is “Not A Love Song” from her EP Damaged Vol. 1. The soft, poppy track took the world by storm, and has been streamed almost 30 Million times on Spotify! Since its release, the music video for the song has also been viewed more than 1.5 million times. Not many artists can say they spent the summer after graduating high school with a hit song being streamed worldwide, but bülow definitely can.

What else do I need to know about her?

Born in Germany, Megan Bülow has lived in multiple countries and recently relocated to Canada to work on more music. She released her debut EP Damaged Vol. 1 in November 2017 and most recently released Damaged Vol. 2 in June 2018, both with Wax Records in Toronto.

She has also become one of the faces of Roots Canada’s latest Sweatstyle campaign – the same campaign that featured artists such as Jessie Reyez and Daniel Caesar!

The rest of the year is going to be massive for bülow. She will be performing at the annual Reading Leeds festival and the iHeartRadio MMVAs in the same weekend, with an award nomination for Best New Canadian Artist. In September, she joins artists such as Bishop Briggs and Lights at Rifflandia, followed by a month of North American shows opening for ALMA in October.
