Who are D mol?
D mol are a Montenegrin vocal group formed in late 2018 who won Montenegro’s national selection show Montevizija, and will be representing their country at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest in Tel Aviv, Israel with their song “Heaven”.
The band consists of six singers who met in Podgorica, at the private music school of No Name’s Danijel Alibabic called D-Moll Singing School: Tamara Vujacic, Mirela Ljumic, Ivana Obradovic, Željko Vukcevic, Emel Franca and Rizo Feratovic. As you might suspect, the name of the group comes from the school, and they originally started with the exact same name. However, after winning the Montenegrin show, they dropped the dash and one “L” and became D mol.
Out of the six of them, Tamara is the most experienced despite her young age. She has won many awards, performing at festivals, and she also competed on the Serbian TV talent show Pinkove Zvezde.

“Heaven”, written by Adis Eminic (who also penned the 2017 entry “Space” for Slavko Kalezic) and composed by Dejan Božovic, was originally recorded in Montenegrin and was titled “Ti”, but the group later decided to go with the English version instead.
