A Day To Remember, often abbreviated as ADTR, are an American rock band from Florida that formed in 2003. They’re known for their unusual combination of metalcore and pop-punk. They’ve released a handful of albums, including their 2016 album, Bad Vibrations. ADTR have performed at countless festivals and toured a number of times. They’ve even toured with the likes of Bring Me The Horizon, Pierce The Veil and blink-182. As for festivals, the band have performed at Download Festival, Reading and Leeds Festival and Warped Tour. Lead vocalist, Jeremy McKinnon, came up with the idea while talking to his girlfriend about their own festival, later called Self Help Festival. “She told me that most people who come [to our shows] respond like it’s more than just a concert to them,” he stated while talking to ABC News Radio. “It’s like the music is genuinely helping them. Thus we titled our festival Self Help because, at the end of the day, that’s what music’s all about.”
