To date, Vassmillet’s most popular song is “Wake Up”, the song he will perform in Tel Aviv at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest in May. 

“Wake Up” is a contemporary and mystifying track with a really strong message behind it. The track really picks up the pace from the second verse and with the right staging in Tel Aviv, this could be a stunning performance and could see Belgium win the contest.

Eliot Vassamillet is a Belgian singer who will be representing Belgium at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Wake Up”.

From Mons, Belgium; Vassmillet was given his first guitar at the age of seven and has not looked back.

In 2018, Vassamillet auditioned for the seventh season of The Voice Belgique making it through his blind audition to join Slimane Nebchi’s team.

After his appearance on the show he was contacted by Pierre Dumoulin; the man behind “City Lights” which saw Blanche finish in fourth place in the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest. Vassamillet went on to co-write his debut single “Wake Up” alongside Pierre.
