Ben Haenow is back! Last year’s X Factor winner has confirmed his next single, Second Hand Heart which is a duet with no other than American songstress Kelly Clarkson.
Following cryptic messages between the pair yesterday, Ben took to Twitter this morning to share the great news:

Talking about the song, Ben told Digital Spy: “The idea of a feature wasn’t on the cards at first but when I heard the vocals on it, I was blown away as it gave the song a whole new dimension. [Kelly Clarkson’s] voice is insane. It’s incredible.”
Kelly added “I fell in love with Second Hand Heart with the first listen. Lyrically and musically, it is right up my alley.”
We can’t wait to hear the track! From Ben and Kelly’s Twitter exchange yesterday, we gather that lyrics include “I might think too much, drink too much, stay out too late…I know you’ve been a fool but I swear you can change”. With Ben’s rocky tones and Kelly’s belting voice, this song will no doubt be a massive hit for the pair and will help to cement Ben’s status as a successful solo star.
Second Hand Heart is released on October 9th and is available to pre-order now. Ben’s debut album will follow on November 13th.
