The Best Halloween Makeup Looks on YouTube

As we all know, it’s October and it’s time to get spooky! Or in some cases, it’s an excuse to look super cute. With Halloween approaching fast, this is the time we begin thinking about what we want to dress up as. Because of that, we found some of the best Halloween makeup looks from three of the best beauty YouTubers in the business.

1. Glam & Gore – Mykie from Glam & Gore is one of the most talented out there today. As a self-taught makeup and SFX artist, she can take a look and produce two sides to it: one glam, one gore. See why her channel’s name is perfect? She’s your one-stop shop for all things pretty and creepy. For example, Mykie produced a series of Disney Princess looks showing the before and after of their demise. They’re so detailed it’s incredible. She did Belle, Cinderella, Ariel, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Rapunzel and Elsa. In addition, she plans on releasing more (PLEASE DO).

   

   

   

   In addition to her Disney Princess series, Mykie has plenty of other “gore-geous” tutorials to choose from. For instance, her Suicide Squad Harley Quinn tutorial is her most popular video to date. As a result of a parody photo she released of herself as Harley and her friend as the Joker going viral, the video blew up. She’s even released a video with her top 10 cute halloween costume ideas, although the video does take a turn a minute in. 2. NikkieTutorials – If you want complete glam and sparkle and shine, NikkieTutorials is your girl. And who doesn’t love sparkle and shine? Her makeup looks are perfect if you plan on dressing up as your favorite celebrity or if you just want to dress up in general. However, she’s released some videos on looks that aren’t specified as halloween makeup tutorials, but you can definitely use them. Earlier this year, she put out a trio of Snapchat filter-inspired tutorials. These included the golden lion, strawberry and panda filters. She laughs as she creates these looks, but they’re truly beautiful.

   

   

   

   In addition, another look that caught our eye was the “Black & White Film Noir” look she did and it’s FLAWLESS. If you want to channel your inner 1920s and pretend your in an old film, this is the perfect tutorial to watch.

   

3. Desi Perkins – Like our girl NikkieTutorials, Desi Perkins also creates looks based off of celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez, Kylie Jenner and more. They’re beautiful and simple, and they’re perfect for a celebrity, halloween costume look. However, she’s also created some Halloween-specific looks that are just… they’re breath-taking. On YouTube, she has a playlist specifically for her Halloween-related looks. Recently, her Melting Skull look blew up in popularity and was seen all over the internet. Once you look at it, you’ll understand why.

   

   Stunning. Brilliant. But that’s not all. She did another celebrity look based on the late Selena Quintanilla. We almost thought this was the real deal!

   

   Finally, her most recent video is an Ice Cream Girl Halloween Look that is sure to make you melt from how cute it is. And as she said in the video’s description, “melting is just what I’m doing this Halloween!”
