BeyHive, get in formation! Beyoncé has just dropped a teaser for ‘LEMONADE’ on Instagram!
‘LEMONADE’ will have its world exclusive premiere on Saturday April 23 at 9pm ET on HBO. The teaser shows Beyoncé rocking long braids and fur coat, similar to her appearance in her ‘Formation’ video. She’s leaning on a car and you can hear her say “What am I going to do?”
Good question Beyoncé! Is ‘LEMONADE’ a new single and music video? Perhaps a visual album? Whatever it is, it’s guaranteed to be a big deal and fans across the globe are already losing their cool, with ‘LEMONADE’ trending worldwide on Twitter.
Beyoncé has never been one to stick to the rules in terms of dropping new music. Her last album was released in 2013 with no warning and she blessed us with a music video for each track. Earlier this year, Beyoncé dropped ‘Formation‘ out of nowhere too. At the moment we can only guess Bey’s next move, but whatever it is, we’re more than ready for what she’s going to bless us with!
It turns out that Queen B has been dropping ‘LEMONADE’ hints for quite a while. As The Fader points out, Beyoncé shared a few lemon related pictures on Instagram last year. Clever move!
Beyoncé’s been a very busy lady as of late, having recently announced the release of her Ivy Park clothing line. Her Formation World Tour also kicks off in Miami on April 27, so this HBO event is set to build up even more excitement for it! With a World Tour around the corner, surely Bey will want to give fans some new material? We’ll have to wait and see!
