Birdy, who is most known for her debut single, a version of Bon Iver’s “Skinny Love”, has released her new single “Keeping Your Head Up.” According to Birdy, the single is from her third album that is coming soon! On January 1, 2016, the 19-year-old singer made the announcement on her website that her new single was out.
She said, “Hey! HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I’ve spent the last year and a half writing and recording my new album. My whole heart has gone into these songs and I can’t wait to share them with you. My new single ‘Keeping Your Head Up’ is out today! It’s a side to me you haven’t heard before and I really hope you like it. You can find it wherever you’d normally go to enjoy your music. The song is taken from my forthcoming album which is out soon! I recorded the whole album in London and it’s something I’m SO proud of. More info coming soon, keep your eyes peeled xx”
