California-based rapper Blackbear set Twitter in a panic on Monday when he randomly announced that he was quitting the Happy Camper Tour, headlined by Hoodie Allen. He dropped the news just hours before the show was set to happen in Chicago later that day.
When fans asked why he was quitting the tour, the singer/rapper posted a variety of reasons, claiming he had nothing against the other artists on tour themselves, but that the tour was simply bullsh*t. The tweets are now deleted before we could catch them but it didn’t seem like things were settled well.
Not to worry Blackbear fans, he was sure to tell fans that he is planning his own headlining tour soon. He even told fans that those with VIP for the remaining dates would have their VIP honored for his new tour.
Rumors flew that Blackbear had beef with Hoodie Allen after he posted a video of Hoodie on stage with the caption “LMAO.” The tweet has since been deleted, but there appears to be no bad blood between them as Hoodie even tweeted wishing the rapper the best of luck.
