It’s been a hot minute since Bridgit Mendler, best known for her role as Teddy Duncan in the Disney Channel series Good Luck Charlie, released her debut studio album Hello My Name Is… back in 2012. That, however, was only a start of her singing career.
On August 25 Bridgit dropped her brand new track “Atlantis”, which is also the first single off her upcoming Nemesis EP.

The song, featuring Kaiydo, has a completely different sound from anything Bridgit, 23, has put out before. She explained that the track is “about knowing that I am capable of finding love, but feeling like it has disappeared like a lost city”. The singer also mentioned that she “wanted to set a haunting tone to the lyrics because the song captures a very tumultuous and transformative time in my life”.
The second single “Do You Miss Me At All” will premiere on October 14. Nemesis is set to be released on November 4 and will mark the beginning of an entire new chapter in Bridgit’s life.
