Bruno Mars is turning up the heat and fulling embracing his ‘romantic’ era. The pop superstar has unveiled the official music video for ‘Dance With Me’, a standout from his chart-topping fourth solo album, ‘The Romantic’, featuring Colombian superstar Karol G.

The visual arrives fresh off Mars’ performance of ‘Dance With Me’ at the 2026 Video Music Awards last weekend, where he entered the night with seven nominations and ultimately took home a Moonman. The video also follows the pair’s previous collaboration, ‘Still’.

Directed by Daniel Ramos with a decidedly old-school romantic sensibility, the video opens with Mars alone, strumming an electric guitar as he pours his heart into a pay phone. On the other end of the line is Karol G, who appears to be sulking in bed in a lace ensemble as Mars attempts to win her over.

The telephone conversation soon gives way to a more elaborate serenade. Mars makes his way to Karol’s home, where he performs from beneath her balcony alongside a full band. As the instruments swell, the scene unfolds like a modern-day take on a classic romantic musical, complete with Mars serenading his love interest from below.

Eventually, Karol heads downstairs and jumps into Mars’ arms as fireworks light up the night sky. The pair gaze into each other’s eyes before the video comes to a close, bringing the track’s romantic premise to life in suitably cinematic fashion.

‘Dance With Me’ appears on ‘The Romantic’, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 earlier this year. The milestone marked Mars’ first album to reach the summit of the chart and his second No. 1 album overall, following 2012’s ‘Unorthodox Jukebox’.

The album has also topped Apple’s Global Album Chart, Spotify’s Global Album Chart and Spotify’s Top US Album Chart, cementing the LP as one of the biggest releases of Mars’ career.

The record includes ‘I Just Might’, which became Mars’ 10th Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 and his first song to debut at No. 1 on the chart. Elsewhere, ‘Risk It All’ reached No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Streaming Songs chart.

With ‘Dance With Me’, Mars and Karol G add another chapter to the album’s love-soaked world – this time with a pay phone, a balcony, a full band and fireworks included.
