BTS announce global project ‘ARMYPEDIA’

With the highly anticipated comeback of BTS edging closer and closer, the South Korean phenomenon have launched one of the biggest global campaigns in pop music alongside their fans titled ‘ARMYPEDIA’.

On February 22nd, BTS officially launched the ARMYPEDIA website, taking their fans, ARMY down memory lane to re-live the incredibly special memories shared between BTS and their fans since their debut back in June 2013.

The campaign has been launched with teasers in 7 cities: Seoul, Tokyo, Los Angeles, New York City, London, Paris, and Hong Kong. Exactly 2,080 QR puzzle pieces will be scattered globally online and offline. Fans are able to participate in the global scavenger hunt, finding the puzzle pieces and answering the quizzes to unlock the dates on which they can record their own personal memories alongside BTS’ own.

Big Hit Entertainment said, “ARMYPEDIA is a global campaign that only BTS can take on.” BTS will continuously build their memories with their global fans on top of its 2,080 days of memory pieces.

The news of the global campaign comes just after the band announced they will be embarking on further tour dates, playing stadiums across the US, UK, Paris, Brazil and Japan, as part of their extended ‘LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF’ world tour.

So ARMY, have you found any of the puzzle pieces yet? Let us know by tweeting the CelebMix account!
