The world’s biggest boy group BTS will be releasing their latest Japanese single ‘Lights’ digitally on July 3, with the physical release on July 5.
The latest Japanese single features a new song, Lights and the Japanese version of their recent smash hits Boy With Luv and IDOL. The new single Lights speaks on ‘a message of hope that someone can connect with the others through sounds and see each other’s lights whenever they close their eyes.’ Lights will also be the first original Japanese song from BTS in four years that will be accompanied by a music video since their 2015 single ‘For You.’
The single comes in 4 different versions; Limited A, B, C and the standard version. Limited Edition A comes with a DVD containing the music videos of Lights and IDOL while the DVD on Limited Edition B features the making of both the music video of Lights and jacket photos. Limited Edition C includes a 36-page photo booklet including exclusive photos of the group.
The single comes just ahead of their Japanese tour dates in Osaka and Shizuoka for the extended Love Yourself: Speak Yourself Stadium Tour in July. This weekend will see BTS play two sold-out shows at the world famous Wembley Stadium in London, which will be live-streamed across VLIVE on June 1st.
