Earlier this year Calum Scott released the lead single You Are The Reason taken from his debut album Only Human. With the track having a heartwarming video, he’s now decided to give it a fresh feel by duetting with Leona Lewis.
Grammy nominee Leona Lewis brings her delicate, sincere vocals to the track which we can’t help but absolutely love. The duet and compatibility of Calum and Leona make this simply beautiful listening, full of emotion and meaning.
When speaking about the duet, Calum said “Working with Leona was a dream come true. The passion and raw emotion she brings to our duet makes it even more special to me.”. Whilst Leona adds “I remember the day Calum sent me this track, I sat listening at home and had it on repeat. It’s one of those powerful songs that touches your heart and such a beautiful ballad, everyone knows I love singing them!”.
You Are The Reason follows on from Calum’s hit cover of Robyn’s Dancing On My Own which became one of 2016’s biggest hits. His debut album Only Human is set for release on 9th March via Virgin EMI Alongside his album release Calum heads out on his biggest tour to date across UK & Ireland including a show at London’s O2 Shepherds Bush Empire in April.
