After the announcement dropped that she’s designed a t-shirt with Save The Children, we’ve learned that Camila Cabello has another project up her sleeve, and we’re stoked to hear it! Earlier, Camila revealed the news that she has teamed up with rapper Machine Gun Kelly to release a new single called “Bad Things”.
The song will be released this Friday, October 14th. The cover art has already been revealed. It features a pair of pink, floral patterned lips and a bright blue background.
Camila and Machine Gun Kelly also unveiled animations of some handwritten lyrics from the song. Machine Gun Kelly’s lyrics were:
I want you forever
Even when we’re not together,
Scars on my body,
I can look at you whenever.

We don’t have very many details about the song and what it could sound like, so keep your eyes on both artists’ socials in the coming days for possible hints!
Fans have been pouring out their excitement for #BadThings on Twitter for the past few hours. Here’s what some of them have to say:

It’s great to see Camila branching out and exploring other creative oppportunities! Everyone loved her summer 2015 song with Shawn Mendes, I Know What You Did Last Summer, so maybe that is what inspired her to work on another solo project.
However, there’s no need to worry about Camila leaving Fifth Harmony anytime soon. The strong bond she has with Ally, Dinah, Normani, and Lauren is inseparable- not to mention they make pretty awesome music together as well! It’s perfectly normal and healthy for anyone to have individual projects and hobbies outside of a group they’re involved in.
