There’s oh so much Camila promo right now – we’re absolutely LIVING for it! Today (September 29th), Camila performed on the Today Show for the very first time as a solo artist and boy, oh boy, what a debut performance it was! She performed a total of three songs; Havana, Bad Things and Crying in the Club. Each song was incredibly unique and had its own style, making this performance one to remember.
Camila kicked off the Today Show with a politics-infused performance of Havana. She strutted down the New York streets with men banging on drums and multiple people waving various flags as she walked on by. The performance was similar to the one she did on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, with the added equality and diversity in the background. Towards the end of her performance, Camila made an inspiring speech referencing to the people impacted by DACA whilst latin instruments surrounded the air.
“This is America, the America we love, where no matter your race, your color, your beliefs or where you came from, if you have a dream, you can make it possible.”

We are SO for this performance of Bad Things, where Camila makes it completely 100% her own. Due to Machine Gun Kelly not being there to perform, Camila decided to take over and fulfil her talents of also being able to rap. Whilst her rendition of the song had a twist compared to the original, we are definitely loving this Camila who can rap and sing all in one performance. Slay it, girl!

Camila kicked off her final song Crying in the Club as an acoustic version with just her and a guitarist. After the first part of the song, the band came in and Camila served so many outstanding vocals throughout the rest of her performance whilst the crowd danced and sang along to her debut solo single.
