Casii Stephan Releases Live Video “I Like The Way”

Tulsa, OK – based indie soul/rock artist Casii Stephan has released her live video for “I Like The Way.”

Growing up shy and afraid of her own voice, Stephan began writing songs on the family piano at 16 years old in Minnesota. She began to communicate her life through songs.

She thought about giving up music in 2014 and moved to Tulsa, but music did not give up on her. Her love for songwriting was reinvigorated and she released music successfully.

The video was shot at Tulsa’s IDL Ballroom. The track was released in 2016 and won an Independent Music Award for “Best Love Song.”

The live video showcases Stephan in her element by captivating audiences with her soulful vocals, which is appropriate because Stephan describes “”I Like The Way” as being totally captivated by someone that they are all you think about.”

She will be performing at her official SXSW showcase, Augustine on March 14 at 10:45pm (a 21+ event) and is continuing to work on her debut album with her band, the Midnight Sun. Catch her in a city near you soon.
