Back in 2011, four girls stepped onto the X Factor stage to impress the judges as the solo- artists they’d wanted to be.
All four of them in their teens, the judges felt they weren’t ready to go it alone as solo artists.
So, the judges decided to form a band.
A band which would write X Factor history as the first girl band to win the show.
Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Jesy Nelson got together and became: Little Mix!
As the girls are celebrating their 8th anniversary as a band, CelebMix is going to break down eight of their acoustic and live performances with which the girls gave us all the feels or, they simply pulled off a breathtaking performance that left us speechless.
The X Factor 2011 – E.T.
The moment Little Mix was formed, their tight harmonies we all love so much started to enchant us all. One of the most impressive moment came during their X Factor ride, on Halloween week with their cover of Katy Perry’s E.T!
Kiss Secret Sessions – Little Me
The girls have always made clear how important it is for them to be honest on open towards their fans and give them all the support and encouragement they can. Likes they do with songs like Little Me.
Nova Red Room – Move
Leigh-Anne, Jade, Jesy, and Perrie proved how amazing their voices are when they perform their songs acoustic.
Honda Stage at iHeartRadio – Touch
Talking about breathtaking performances, there are two which absolutely stand out.
The set, the choreography, the live vocals.
Brit Awards 2016 – Black Magic
And then one a year later, after which Little Mix won their very first Brit Award for British Single of the Year with Shout Out To My Ex.
To deliver one of the most amazing live performances of the year needs a lot of confidence and self-esteem.
But there is nothing that needs more courage and confidence than speaking up for yourself. To be honest about everything you’ve carried like a burden, to be honest about how you feel.
In their official video to Strip, Little Mix made their own flaws and self-doubts obvious to all of us.
At the same time, there could not be a more encouraging message to their fans: Be who you want to be, be yourself. Nobody is perfect, we all have our flaws, but that’s why we’re all unique.
