Here at CelebMix, we love nothing more than introducing our readers to new, up and coming talent. In this article, we introduce you to Ferris & Sylvester, who have recently released their new single ‘Burning River.’
‘Burning River’ is the first hint of a new project from the duo, who have a distinct sound and the track was inspired by the band’s recent writing trips to Iceland.
The single was produced by Michael Rendall, who was worked on producing music for artists including Pink Floyd and Paul McCartney.
The track is a mixture of Icelandic chants, a captivating percussion, blues guitars and truly showcasing the duo’s incredible harmonies and ‘Burning River’ also featured on Spotify’s ‘New Music Friday Playlist.’

And leave us lying in the cold.’
‘Burning River’ follows on from the duo’s ‘Made In Streatham’ EP, which was released earlier this year. The EP was incredibly successful, topping the iTunes Singer-Songwriter Charts, also receiving significant radio support, in addition to entering Spotify’s UK Viral Chart Top 20.
Ferris & Sylvester have supported artists such as George Ezra, Tom Odell and most recently supported Lucy Spraggan on her recent UK tour.
